1. Platform Overview

Hardin AI Marketplace ("the Platform") is operated by Hardin AI Solutions Ltd (Company No. 17149514). We provide a marketplace connecting sellers of AI tools, bots, and digital products with buyers.

We are a platform only. We do not create, own, or guarantee the products listed by third-party sellers.

2. For Buyers

2.1 Verification Process

All products are reviewed and tested by our team before listing. Our verification includes:

• Functionality testing (does it work as described?)
• Security scanning (malware/virus checks)
• Description accuracy (does it match what's advertised?)

2.2 Purchases & Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include all fees
• Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment
• No refunds unless the product is fundamentally broken or misrepresented

2.3 Intellectual Property

When you purchase a product, you receive a license to use the software. You do NOT own the intellectual property unless explicitly stated by the seller.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the product
• Claim it as your own work
• Reverse engineer for commercial purposes

3. For Sellers

3.1 Submission & Approval

• Submit your product via email to info@hardinai.co.uk
• We review within 48 hours
• Approval is at our sole discretion
• We may reject products that are low quality, unsafe, or violate our policies

3.2 Testing & Ownership

You retain full ownership of your intellectual property. By submitting, you grant us permission to:

• Test your product in an isolated environment
• Review code for security and functionality
• Display product information on the marketplace

We will NOT:

• Copy, steal, or redistribute your code
• Share your product with third parties (except buyers)
• Claim ownership of your work

3.3 Pricing & Fees

Fee Breakdown Example:

• Product sale price: £30.00
• Marketplace commission (10%): -£3.00
• Stripe processing fee (~1.5% + 20p): -£0.65
• You receive: £26.35

Payouts are processed monthly via bank transfer or PayPal.

3.4 Seller Responsibilities

As a seller, you agree to:

• Provide accurate product descriptions
• Ensure your product is functional and safe
• Not include malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Respond to buyer support requests (we'll forward them to you)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Stolen or pirated software
• Products that violate third-party intellectual property
• Illegal tools (hacking, fraud, spam, etc.)
• Misleading or false descriptions
• Adult or explicit content

5. Liability & Disclaimers

We are not liable for:

• Product defects or failures
• Data loss or system damage caused by products
• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Financial losses from using products (e.g., trading bots)
• Compatibility issues with your specific setup

Maximum liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product (for buyers) or the commission we earned (for sellers).
